1. What is an Order Fulfillment System (OFS)?

The system where all orders placed via sales medium is handled and processed. 

2. How to create an order fulfilment user?

• While setting up your warehouse, step 3/4 will require you to create an order fulfilment user by providing name, number and login credentials. 

• Check email for the system-generated verification mail.

3. How to log in to OFS?

You can log in to OFS in two ways. 

a)The application or at the admin side.

•  Login through https://martadmin.storimart.com/storimartadmin/userlogin
• You will land on the Home page of the admin
• Select the order fulfilment icon at the top right side of the admin panel. It will be redirected to the order fulfilment application panel.  

b) Go directly to the OFS page

 Login through https://ofs.storimart.com/ with the credentials you created for OFS while setting up Warehouse. 

After logging in, you will be directed to OFS

4. How to reset an order fulfilment user password?

• On the menu sidebar, navigate to the second icon and select Warehouses.
• Select step 3 and view the current Order Fulfillment User credentials.
• To reset/change the password, select Change Password, create the new password and select Save.

• Review all details and hit Submit after agreeing to the Terms of Service. 
• Check email for the system-generated verification mail.
