- How can I see my past orders?
- Click on the menu bar on the top left part of home page
- Select order history from the side menu
- A new window will open like this. There you can view all the previous orders and its statuses
- How do I know the status of my order?
- Click on the menu bar on the top left part of the home page
- Select order history from the side menu
- Select your order from the history page
- Here you will see the status of the order as submitted, accepted, shipped, or delivered.
- You can cancel your order by clicking cancel Order
- You can see the payment history of a particular order by selecting the payment option
- Are there any filtering options in order history?
- Yes. You can filter the orders based on the order status.
- Click on the right funnel
- A new window will open at the bottom of the page
- You can select one or more options by checking the box
- What is the ‘Submitted User’ in an order ?
- It is the person who has placed the corresponding order. It can be the buyer, buyer’s app user or salesman.
- Is the sorting option available for orders?
- Yes. The orders can be sorted based on the date of ordering in increasing or decreasing order. It can be done by clicking on the “Sort by order date” in the order history.
