1. How to make an order?

• Open the application and login with mobile number and OTP.(image1)

• Select the Buyers tab .Click on the shop option in the buyer in which you want to place order.

• Select any primary category and then select a subcategory, to view products that are available. 

• Click +Add to view product details.

• Select SKU value to be added into the cart.

• Navigate to the header section and select the cart icon for checkout.

• Select place order and provide details for delivery address, time and additional notes, if any.

• Click Submit Order.

                                                           OR

• Click on the catalogue tab from the dashboard.
• Select the buyer to whom an order has to be placed

2. How we can be able to see all the categories and subcategories in a single click?

• Open the application and login with mobile number and OTP. 
• Click on the catalogue tab from the dashboard.
• Select the buyer to whom an order has to be placed

• Click on the side menu categories
• There you can see the categories and  subcategories  in single click

3. How to know the status of a particular order?

• Click on the order history from the dashboard and Select buyers from the list.

• There you can see the status of the order in the buyer as Accepted, Submitted, shipped , delivered.
