Recording payments

  1. How to record a payment against an order?

          There are two options for recording payment against an order

  • During the time of order placement 
  • Record payment from the order history 
  1. How to record payment during the time of order placement?
  • Once an order is placed, a new window will appear for adding the payment 
  • Select the mode of payment, payment date  and add the payment reference number. 
  • Click Save , the payment will be recorded. 
  1. How to record payment from the order history
  • Click on the menu bar on the top left part of the home page
  • Select order history from the side menu
  • Click on any order and a new window will open
  • Click on Payment 
  • Click on Add Payment button 
  • Select the mode of payment, payment date  and add the payment reference number
  • Click Save, the payment will be recorded.
  • You cannot add the payment for the order once the complete payment recording has been done
  1. How to add a general payment?
  • Click on the menu bar on the top left part of home page
  • Click on the Payments menu
  • Add amount, payment mode, payment date, Reference number and payment note

 

  • Click Save , the payment will be recorded
